Your Score: 12 (0–48 range)

While this questionnaire cannot diagnose depression, it can highlight patterns in how you have been feeling.

If these results resonate with you, it may mean your mind and body are carrying a lot right now.

1. A simple breathing practice to calm your nervous system

Try this for one to two minutes:

  • Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4
  • Hold gently for a count of 2
  • Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6

Longer exhales activate the body’s calming response and can reduce emotional intensity.

2. A self-talk reset

Ask yourself:

“If someone I cared about were feeling this way, what would I say to them?”

You might say something like:

“I’m going through a hard moment right now. I don’t have to solve everything today. I can take this one step at a time.”

3. Consider talking with someone

If these feelings have been persistent or difficult to manage on your own, speaking with a therapist may help you understand what you are experiencing and find ways to feel supported.

If you would like support, you can schedule a consultation with our team.
