At Tribe, our goal is to give you ample opportunity to connect with and learn alongside other people with similar goals. For that reason, we have developed group counseling, group therapy programs, workshops and retreats that allow you to grow, while also developing relationships with others. Social connection can lower anxiety and depression, help us regulate our emotions, assist in creating higher self-esteem and empathy, and actually improve our immune systems. By neglecting our need to connect, we put our health at risk.
Our expert staff and wellness partners at Tribe create fully immersive experiences. During our groups, retreats and workshops, your mind will be stimulated and you will be given the chance to have a mindset shift or think about things from a different perspective.
We utilize reflection and journaling, purposeful connection with others, meditation, grounding techniques, guided movement, and breathing exercises in many of our group events.
We are always listening to our clients and our community to find out what is needed. So, the purpose of our groups, workshops, and retreats is constantly evolving and improving. Whether you’re interested in a Women’s Group Retreat, a Men’s Brotherhood Retreat, or something else more specialized, we are here to meet your needs. We offer long weekend retreats, one-day retreats, and workshops.
When you join us at a group, retreat or workshop, you will be given the opportunity to immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind experience that makes you feel grounded and whole. Your mind and body want to heal. We just give you the space and the tools to create true healing and momentum that you can use after our time with you is done.
Whether you’re new to considering your well-being or you have been attending wellness events for decades, you will find what you need to create a more meaningful self-care practice and connect with a community that brings out the best parts of you.

Find your tribe while you take a purposeful break from the day to day grind. During your retreat, you will think deeply about where you have come from, where you are, and where you are going. You will be asked to be vulnerable and share about your experiences. If you fully show up, you will walk away with tools that you can use in your everyday life.
If you are a woman who has felt anxious, lonely, disconnected, or overwhelmed, the Tribe Colorado Mountain Retreat is for you!
The retreat will include workshops that allow you to grow, deep and meaningful connections, mindfulness, exercises to increase joy, yoga, outdoor activities, time for relaxation and reflection. All meals will be included.
