Group Therapy, workshops, & Retreats at Tribe
At Tribe, our goal is to give you ample opportunity to connect with and learn alongside other people with similar goals. For that reason, we have developed group counseling, group therapy programs, workshops and retreats that allow you to grow, while also developing relationships with others. Social connection can lower anxiety and depression, help us regulate our emotions, assist in creating higher self-esteem and empathy, and actually improve our immune systems. By neglecting our need to connect, we put our health at risk.
Our expert staff and wellness partners at Tribe create fully immersive experiences. During our groups, retreats and workshops, your mind will be stimulated and you will be given the chance to have a mindset shift or think about things from a different perspective.
We utilize reflection and journaling, purposeful connection with others, meditation, grounding techniques, guided movement, and breathing exercises in many of our group events.
We are always listening to our clients and our community to find out what is needed. So, the purpose of our groups, workshops, and retreats is constantly evolving and improving. Whether you’re interested in a Women’s Group Retreat, a Men’s Brotherhood Retreat, or something else more specialized, we are here to meet your needs. We offer long weekend retreats, one-day retreats, and workshops.
When you join us at a group, retreat or workshop, you will be given the opportunity to immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind experience that makes you feel grounded and whole. Your mind and body want to heal. We just give you the space and the tools to create true healing and momentum that you can use after our time with you is done.
Whether you’re new to considering your well-being or you have been attending wellness events for decades, you will find what you need to create a more meaningful self-care practice and connect with a community that brings out the best parts of you.
So often, we spend our lives on auto-pilot. We don’t stop to set intentions or think through our true desires. Who? Women who struggle to put themselves first and practice consistent self care.
When? Thursday’s from 4 to 5:15pm
How long? We will meet in 6 – 8 week block

What? Lean In Women’s Group is a meet up where women can go to share struggles, learn, celebrate, and transform their lives. Members will lean into living authentically in mind, body, and heart.
Why? Life can be hard, but you don’t have to be hard on yourself.

Interested in attending a men’s support group?
Who? Men who feel stressed, overwhelmed, and sometimes have trouble in their relationships.
Why? Your wellbeing is based on multiple factors, including your relationships, connections with others, physical health, mental health, and more. In this group, you will be able to show up as you are, talk about what’s weighing on you, and even find purpose in situations life throws at you.

Are you currently challenged with creating or modifying a parenting plan for your children as a result of a divorce or separation?
Are you overwhelmed at the legal costs associated with getting helpful services?
Are you filing your case on your own (pro Se) without the help of an attorney?
Do you want assurance that you know what should be included in your parenting time plan?
If so, this workshop is for you! We are happy to offer this 3 hour workshop that covers very helpful information and exercises that will help you:
- Learn about the basic elements that should be included in a Parenting Plan
- Learn about optional elements you may want to include that could help to prevent future modifications
- Discuss options for Parental Decision Making and Parenting Time Schedules
- Consider options for parenting time and exchange schedules that support the children’s needs and reduce conflict
- Learn about how holidays and vacations can impact the parenting time schedule
- Address special circumstances related to safety concerns
- Draft a proposed parenting plan that you can submit to your co-parent, your attorney, or the Court for filing
- Feel confident in moving forward with a comprehensive parenting plan
All participants who complete the workshop are also offered the option to schedule follow-up individual planning sessions at a discounted rate of the regular session fee for the month following completion of the workshop.
Managing Your Anxiety as a Parent- One Hour Webinar
Who? This webinar is for parents who worry, stress, and feel anxious about their child’s health, wellbeing, and peer relationships.
What? During the webinar, you will learn from Rachel Lund Harris, LCSW. Rachel is a child therapist, who has worked with children and caregivers for almost 20 years. She will provide you with guidance and useful tools that you can use immediately after the webinar.
When? Anytime! You decide!
Why? Parenting can be hard and it can feel lonely at times. If you worry about your child, you may avoid situations or have negative thoughts. Rachel will help you with useful tools to help you feel more confident and calm, while also helping you to understand how to support your child when they’re feeling worried or stressed.
Are you struggling with a life transition? You may have thought that you had a plan for your whole life, and then suddenly, everything shifted directions. Maybe this is because of a divorce, the loss of a loved one, or you are unsure about the career path you are on. I am here to help! We will partner to work through everything that you are thinking, feeling, and doing in order to help you move forward.

The breakout rooms were really nice. Meeting people in a pandemic isn’t easy, but today I socialized with these women and it felt great.
