Meet Rachel
Therapist
Rachel Lund Harris, LCSW
Candidate for Synergetic Play Therapy Certificate
Rachel is a therapist who specializes in helping children ages 5 to 13 heal from trauma, work through grief & loss, and improve anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. She is trained in play therapy, EMDR and other approaches tailored to children’s needs.
Why Rachel became a therapist
I have always found kids to be amazing and brilliant. And I also vividly remember the experience of being a child, having big feelings, and not knowing what to do with those feelings or how to be kind to myself when experiencing challenges. It has been transformative for me to have unconditional, judgment-free spaces where I could express myself and my feelings and figure out who I am and who I am becoming. I love having the opportunity to meet children at their developmental level and provide them with that sort of space, where I can help them learn how to move through their experiences and express themselves, whether that is through play, stories, art or words.
As a mom myself, I also know that the journey of parenting comes with its own unique joys and challenges. Caregivers are the most important people in a child’s life, and I am also here to support you as you support your child.

She is experienced in providing reports and testimony to the Courts when needed.
Leanna received her Master of Arts in Somatic Psychology from Naropa University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University Honors College.
Why Leanna became a therapist
I became a therapist because I genuinely believe in the desire to thrive as that we have as human beings and feel honored in sharing in someone’s personal journey to improved overall health and personal empowerment. Whether you are dealing with a particular life stressor, or simply want to focus on self-improvement goals, I am here to offer you support and guidance in a non-judgmental setting. I believe change occurs across a spectrum from recovery to empowerment and actualization.
Having experienced a high conflict divorce earlier in my own life, I learned a lot about the field of high conflict divorce and co-parenting from a personal perspective. I have also acquired extensive professional training in this area over the years. I have served as a PRE evaluator, CFI, PC/DM, mediator and parent coach in this arena.
My approach is based on a holistic and client-centered philosophy that encourages personal awareness, education and action to move toward your desired goals. I use a variety of techniques including; cognitive-behavioral, strength-based and solution-focused, mindfulness, narrative, and somatic approaches to name a few. As a guide to you in this process, we will work as a team. I believe that the therapeutic relationship helps to develop a safe foundation for change, and I place great importance on maintaining integrity, tolerance and humility for my clients. I understand that conflict and change can seem difficult and feel overwhelming at times, and at the same time these challenges can present incredible opportunities for meaningful and lasting growth. Please contact me for a free brief consultation if you have questions.
Your part in therapy will require you to be honest- not only with me but with yourself as well. It will also be to apply what you learn and discover in our sessions, in the time between when we meet. You’ve heard the phrase; knowledge is power, and my expectation is that you not only learn to think and feel differently; you also learn to apply your knowledge and apply what you learn about yourself in our sessions. This is the foundation of lasting change.

Kasey Clark, LPCC, CPCC, ORSCC, CDTLF
I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families thrive in their relationships. I want you to know that you are a necessary, important, and powerful person with unique strengths. Often, we underestimate our own potential and forget our worth, but I’m here to remind you that you deserve love and belonging, no matter what. Your journey towards self-discovery and healthier relationships begins with embracing your inherent value.
In our therapeutic space, you will always feel heard, seen, loved, and completely understood. This is a place where your thoughts, emotions, and experiences matter, where judgment has no room. Together, we will create an environment where your voice can flourish.
In addition to being a licensed therapist, I am a Professionally Certified Relationship Coach and Brené Brown Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator. I am also equipped to help you understand yourself, your relationships, and the path of your life, through the Enneagram.
Why Kasey became a therapist
For a lot of my life I had been unable to see how the traumatic parts of my story were interfering with my life. Hurt people, hurt people. My therapist helped me to understand that this is not who I am and that it was how I was behaving- for the sake of my own survival. He validated my hurts and held space for me as I learned to feel my way through. I began to practice a whole new way of being. I stopped giving “all my fucks” away to external people and things. I practiced new ways of being. I noticed where I needed to build stronger boundaries. I learned “not allowing you to harm me, helps you to heal.” My therapist helped me to re-create myself and my life, from the inside out.
I consider myself a Spiritual ‘Hypsy’ Warrior Woman. I know for sure that we are all Divinely connected. It is the Law of One. I see humanity hurting and I hold the medicine we seek. I invite you to walk with me on the path toward authentic human connection. How free are you willing to be?!

Meet Ashley
Counselor
Ashley Goodwin, LSW
Ashley specializes in work with children and teens who may be described as quirky or looking for a sense of where they belong; including but not limited to autistic and neuro-divergent, LGBTQIA+, folks experiencing anxiety and depression or non-suicidal self-harm, or survivors of trauma. In her work with children and teens, Ashley partners with clients to walk with them on their wellness journey, to cultivate the sense of belonging they want within themselves and the world around them.
Ashley has worked with counseling children, teens, young adults, and families of all abilities since beginning her social work journey in 2008. She utilizes a wide range of methods to cultivate a support system for the people she works with including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Yoga Strategies, and Animal Assisted Interventions with her trusty partner in therapy, Juniper.
Why Ashley became a therapist
I knew from an early age that I wanted to help others as a career. There was one moment that confirmed this belief. In high school I was part of a leadership class where we explored various careers and post secondary learning opportunities. One of these places was called Gemini House, which was part of the local Family Tree systems of support. Gemini House served teens who had run away from home. What made Gemini House different in my mind was that instead of ticketing or criminally charging (which is standard protocol) the teen and sending them back home; they looked beyond the “problem” and looked at what the teen and family needed to make sure they didn’t feel the need to run away again.
It was their action stepping back and looking at the whole person- the teen and the systems that supported them needed that made me decide to become a social worker. In our lives we all need that person or group of people to step back and see us as whole, not just what may be going wrong for us in one moment in time, and walk with us through the muck so we can live in our light, our fullest selves.

Meet Emily
Emily Garcia, LCSW- Group Practice Owner
I love working with adults who have gone through difficult times in life and are fed up with feeling unworthy, frustrated, and having a sense of shame that randomly pops up. I am skilled at supporting adult children from dysfunctional families. Our focus isn’t on blaming parents or caregivers, but it is about working to understand the patterns that we were taught early in life in order to change your life for the better.
People who are willing to accept responsibility for their role in life’s challenges and do something different are my kind of people. Together, we will talk about mindset, books, and podcasts. I will help you find practical tools you can use in order to change your life.
Why Emily became a therapist
What you should know about me personally is that I chose to become a therapist because therapy has been profoundly invaluable in my own journey from adversity to healing. I know what it is like to be vulnerable and sit across from the therapist on the other side of the room.
I care deeply about helping others who feel unworthy, stuck, and lonely. I do this work because I strongly believe that everyone deserves a skilled, fierce ally to support them when life gets tough and that we are all capable of becoming stronger through change.
For as long as I can remember, I have identified with the pain I saw in others and with the yearning for something better. I have been deeply inspired by models and examples of people who didn’t just survive but thrived despite their circumstances.
At Tribe, I have brought together a group of therapists who also care deeply about others. Our team is committed to learning and growing in order to provide our clients with the most effective support.
You can read interviews with Emily in Shoutout Colorado, Canvas Rebel, and Voyage Denver.
You can also hear Emily on the following podcasts: Full Offense, Wealth Watchers, and Live Blissed Out.
Cost & Location
Emily’s rate is $190 per individual session. If you have out of network benefits that you want to use, Emily will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

She works out of our Arvada office, Lakewood office, and virtually.
