Are you struggling with a life transition? You may have thought that you had a plan for your whole life, and then suddenly, everything shifted directions. Maybe this is because of a divorce, the loss of a loved one, or you are unsure about the career path you are on. Or, you may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, or you just feel stuck. We are here to help! We will partner to work through everything that you are thinking, feeling, and doing in order to help you move forward.
Some stress is a normal part of life. However, sometimes our stressors can become overwhelming, and interfere with your ability to function in everyday life. When stressed, people may do or say things that they otherwise regret. Anxiety disorders can appear in many different ways for many different reasons. Generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety are just a few of the ways that anxiety can present itself. You might be having difficulties at work, school, or in relationships because of this anxiety. Anxiety disorders are among the most common mental health disorders. If you are having trouble with anxiety or feel your anxiety is getting worse, the anxiety therapists at Tribe Mind Body Wellness can help.
How can therapy help?
Many anxiety disorders are highly treatable. The therapists at Tribe will help you determine the root cause of your anxiety. Our therapists can work with a wide variety of people, including children, adolescents, and adults who may be suffering from anxiety. We can work collaboratively with you and other specialists to find the treatment that is best for you. Our therapists offer many different types of therapy that can combat anxiety, including mindfulness based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and progressive relaxation training. Through these methods, we can help you find coping skills that meet your individual needs.
Meeting with one of our therapists weekly, you will form a relationship with someone who validates your experience and your perspective and is committed to helping you find ways out of your current stuck habits. They will listen intently and come to know you and your story in a meaningful way. Your counselor will help you look at experiences from childhood, become aware of your current patterns of thought and behavior, help you identify what gets in your way of living your life the way you want to, and will challenge you to change and grow.
Your therapist will be caring and will create a private space for you, outside of your current system, a space where it is safe to explore yourself. They will give you their full attention and reflect back to you what they hear and see. They will offer you some perspectives you don’t currently have, they will see things that are in your blind-spots and will gently show them to you.
At Tribe, we offer a variety of groups for children, teens, and adults. When you participate in group counseling, you will have a powerful experience that can change your life. Group therapy is beneficial for many reasons. It creates a sense of belonging and you can make deep connections with other members of the group.
When you participate in group counseling, you will:

- Relate to others in a healthy manner
- Create connections and a sense of belonging
Group therapy is a powerful way to work through your life experiences. It is a place that is safe, challenging, and supportive for all members.
Group counseling can be done at the same time as individual counseling, as well as by itself. Joining a group gives you the chance to have your voice heard and to hear the voices of others. You will be expected to show up and share and listen.
Most of our groups last 8-10 weeks. Each group is $50, or packages are sold at a discounted cost, i.e. An eight week group can be purchased for $350.

Login to session from a confidential platform. Whether you are home or at work, you can get support without ever getting into your car. Forget the drive time! Teletherapy is a great way to connect and get the support you need and want.
Plus, on days when the roads aren’t great, you can meet by video, rather than driving somewhere.
Our clients say that virtual or video therapy has been great for them. Most people who have met with us online prefer to stay online, rather be seen face to face in our office.
Even the science behind online therapy says it’s effective!
- A 2014 study published in the Journal of Affective Disorders found that online treatment was just as effective as face-to-face treatment for depression.
- A 2018 study published in the Journal of Psychological Disorders found that online cognitive behavioral therapy is, “effective, acceptable and practical health care.” The study found the online cognitive behavioral therapy was equally as effective as face-to-face treatment for major depression, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder.
- A 2014 study published in Behaviour Research and Therapy found that online cognitive behavioral therapy was effective in treating anxiety disorders. Treatment was cost-effective and the positive improvements were sustained at the one-year follow-up.

At Tribe, our goal is to give you ample opportunity to connect with and learn alongside other people with similar goals. For that reason, we have developed workshops and retreats that allow you to grow, while also developing relationships with others. Social connection can lower anxiety and depression, help us regulate our emotions, assist in creating higher self-esteem and empathy, and actually improve our immune systems. By neglecting our need to connect, we put our health at risk.
Our expert staff and wellness partners at Tribe create fully immersive experiences. During our retreats and workshops, your mind will be stimulated and you will be given the chance to have a mindset shift or think about things from a different perspective.
We utilize reflection and journaling, purposeful connection with others, meditation, grounding techniques, guided movement, and breathing exercises in many of our group events.
We are always listening to our clients and our community to find out what is needed. So, the purpose of the retreats is constantly evolving and improving. Whether you’re interested in a Women’s Retreat, a Men’s Brotherhood Retreat, or something else more specialized, we are here to meet your needs. We offer long weekend retreats, one-day retreats, and workshops.

This retreat was an amazing time. Definitely priceless in comparison to everything I ended the weekend with. I have fourteen new friends and I love myself more. I had an amazing time on Tribe’s Colorado Mountain Retreat in June 2022. The accommodations were great, meals were fantastic and that was just the beginning. The activities were well planned in beautiful locations and the workshops provided intense connection with myself and others.
